WorldQuest Travel Club is well aware that the Caribbean is among the top vacation spots in the world, particularly when the United States dips into the fall temperatures. Punta Cana is a very popular vacation destination and has several wonderful places to visit while there.
A favorite among locals and highly recommended by WorldQuest Travel Club is the Hard Rock Café and Oro Nightclub. For dancing, the Oro Nightclub boasts 14,000 sq ft of space that spans two floors and an amazing LED wall. Tuesdays are Retro Night complete with music from the 80s, Wednesdays are Ladies Night, with free drinks between 11pm and 1am for all women, and Thursdays feature the music of Latin Fusion.
- As far as restaurants go, Chef Kerry Simon opened Simon Mansion Restaurant a few years ago, and continues to bring Latin fusion to the tables. A unique yet sophisticated menu is prepared featuring a variety of appetizers, entrees, local seafood, and sushi.
- For those who like to explore the local area, Indigenous Eyes Ecological Park has a network of trails and lagoons. This privately owned and operated reserve is run by the Ecological Foundation and has been set aside for research, conservation and recreation. Other available sites include an iguana habitat, petting zoo, sugarcane exhibit, and fruit tree garden.
- The Bavaro Beach area, originally developed as a town for resort workers, is now a very popular vacation spot, particularly because the area does not feel like a typical beach town. The shores are protected by an off-shore reef so the white sand beaches, turquoise water, snorkeling, parasailing, and hours of sun always await.
As always, there are so many options for vacations in the Punta Cana area, and the team at WorldQuest Travel Club is ready to help plan an unforgettable vacation.
